Zhengzhou Nissan Promotes Business Growth with Intensive Farming

On January 18th, 2013, Zhengzhou Nissan Dealers Business Annual Conference, with “intensive farming’ as the theme, was held in Xiamen, which set a sales target of 12, 1000 units. Domestic and Overseas Dealers Attend Core Value System Launching Ceremony

Speaking of the past 2012, Mr. Ouyang Jie said: “As an important business unit, Zhengzhou Nissan, supported by Dual Brand Strategy, stood multiple tests and maintained its sales of over 100,000. Meanwhile, as part of Dongfeng’s Great independence Strategy, Zhengzhou Nissan’s independent brands secured a sales volume of 66,812 units with an year–on-year increase of 4.1%, taking up 63.3% of the total, making a great contribution to Dongfeng’s brand independence undertaking.

Mr. Kimiyasu Nakamura, CEO of Dongfeng Motor Company Limited, commended the fast growth of the overseas sales of Zhengzhou Nissan in 2012. “I am glad to see the establishment of sales network in 33 countries. Last year, Chile, Venezuela, and the middle east region excelled in the international sales, contributing the exports of 8400 units. We hope we can keep this momentum in 2013 and our sales can exceed 10000 units.”

As for the direction and target of the year 2013, Mr. Guo Zhenfu, General Manager of Zhengzhou Nissan Motor Company Limited defined the meaning of intensive farming first. It means from goods to cost, from plant to marketing and from thought to behavior, reform is the centerpiece of the value chain. “Shifting Farming” explores the potential “Shifting Cultivation” succeed with difference “multiple fertilizing” promotes growth “multiple cropping” increases the yield. “Inter-cultivation” secures simultaneous harvest “Inter-planting” can grasp opportunities. We need to realized optimum benefits through multiple means and achieve the maximized sales volume of pickup and CDV. At the same time, Mr. Guo also put forward his request: Facing the future, we need to locate our customers and identify their needs, thinking about through what products and services we can drive more value for customers.”

At the conference, The manual of Code of Conduct for Zhengzhou Nissan Employees was also launched. The manual includes “Trusting, Accompanying and Winning Together”, the core values of Zhengzhou Nissan, 48-word tactics elaborating the core values and 33 caricatures reflecting the employees’ code of behaviors. Together with the leadership of Zhengzhou Nissan, Mr. Zheng led the dealers at home and abroad to read out the manual, emphasizing the unity wider and deeper on the enterprise values and great cohesion of forces on all sides to achieve progress in the competitiveness of Zhengzhou Nissan.
