Zhengzhou Nissan Smile Angel Action

On March 23, Zhengzhou Nissan organized a group of around 50 people including car owners, the community, employees and their family members to visit Family Foster Care and Rehabilitation & Education Center of WangCun County, Xinyang, Henan Province. They brought intelligence toys, children’s food and other supplies for the orphans and disabled children, and had a close contact and wonderful weekend with them.
Family Foster Care Building is a family-style management apartment with the most advanced international management mode for orphans. This new management mode can not only give this special group of orphaans and disabled children professional help but also provide and ensure them an environment for their healthy growth. Thus they can get all-around physiological and psychological care.
Massive responses of caring donors make broken winged angels smile
According to statistics, there are about 600,000 orphans and disabled children in China. And most of them have physical disabilities, who are mental retardation or various psychological illness. They are like broken winged angels and have to undergo illnesses, and need more care from us. Thus, Zhengzhou Nissan posted this Smile Angel Action on its official microblog on March 18 and expects more public figures to involve to this kind of philanthropy through its own effort. And all walks of life begin to support this activity, for example, Henan Traffic Radio and Sina (Henan Section) advertise the activity and attract over 300 people to attend within three days. In addition, a large number of micro-blog users wrote messages to express their wishes to support, and a lot of caring people who cannot participate in the live event would buy some stuff and mail to these “little angels”.
On the day of the event, Zhengzhou Nissan led a group of nearly 50 people carrying children products, food and other supplies to Family Foster Care and Rehabilitation & Education Center of WangCun County and do activities, i.e., doodle, make clay dolls, etc., with those children. Many of the group members donate money to the children voluntarily after seeing that they are living with less. For these children, their happiness is very simple. Your love and your donation from your savings, such as smoke less, buy less clothes, making those children smile.
Concern about the orphans and disabled children and demonstrate corporate social responsibility
In 2010, Zhengzhou Nissan has invested 500,000 Yuan to provide financial aid to Zhengzhou Children Welfare Sanshilipu Rehabilitation & Education Center. In 2011, 110 orphans and disabled children moved into this Center. In 2012, Zhengzhou Nissan invested 300,000 Yuan continuously to fund the second Rehabilitation & Education Center of Zhengzhou Children Welfare, i.e., Family Foster Care and Rehabilitation & Education Center of WangCun County, Xinyang, Henan Province. At the same time, Zhengzhou Nissan organized employees and their family members regularly to visit the children in the Family Foster Care and Rehabilitation & Education Center. Zhengzhou Nissan is demonstrating its philosophy concept through its actions, i.e., to return society and help others.
As a socially responsible corporate citizen, Zhengzhou Nissan never forgets to lead its staff to participate in philanthropy and encourage employees to devote their love while developing itself and tries its best to convert its philosophy of society return to values of employees. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou Nissan takes advantage of new media, e.g., microblog, to promote the philosophy concept to form a universal charity atmosphere, which is the aim that Zhengzhou Nissan has been done for years.
