Zhengzhou Nissan Rich Pickup held the launching ceremony in Beijing

On July 3, in Beijing Zhongqi Leiri franchise store, Zhengzhou Nissan Rich Pickup team which will take part in the 2016 Silk Way held the launching ceremony, the racing cars and the team members appeared on the scene, officially opened the activity for participating in the top intercontinental cross-country event. At the scene of the ceremony, Rich Pickup (Value Edition) launched at the same time; with high performance, sharing the passion of the rally with you.

On July 9, the Silk Way Rally will start from Moscow's red square, after 15 event stages, 10000 km event mileage, crossing the Astana in Kazakhstan, finally arrived in Beijing. Supported with the highest levels by the three governments along the way, and with advantaged geographical characteristics, this event will be one of the largest and most popular cross-country rallies of 2016. Zhengzhou Nissan’s Rich Pickup team will take part in the competition. Different from the refitted racing cars, Rich Pickup is the first original factory production vehicle registered in FASC, meanwhile, we according to the latest technical requirements of FIA, made the safety modification and the appropriate adjustments, and it’s almost the same with the vehicle which was sold in the market. Of all the participating teams, Zhengzhou Nissan Rich Pickup team is the only Chinese manufacturer team.

Zhengzhou Nissan, as the pioneer of event marketing, has achieved brilliant results in many cross-country rallies, and accumulated rich experience in long-distance cross-country rallies. After the Crossing the East Rally in 2008, and this 2016 Silk Way Rally, Rich Pickup team will become the only Chinese vehicle team that across the Euro-Asian two times. For the competition, the team members are full of confidence; Rich Pickup wins the champion of Taklimakan Rally and China Cross-country Rally for five times consecutively, showing extraordinary quality and strength. Silk Way Rally is harder than before, and will bring more challenges for Rich Pickup. As the only independent brand Chinese team with factory production model participates in the rally, Rich Pickup will try best to show China’s auto industry level and write new chapter for Zhengzhou Nissan.

To match up with the event, Rich Pickup (Value Edition) will be launched on the same day, equiped with ZD25 diesel engines, 2.5 L displacement; Bosch high pressure common rail technology is reliable, environmental protective, energy saving and low noise, the new launched pickup commitments to NISSAN global unified quality standards, and have the same quality with those take part in rally.
